I broke my shoulder 6 weeks ago . As I am hairdresser & own my own business , I needed to get back to work as quickly as possible. I had 5 x sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (H-BOT) . After 6 weeks the bone has healed & I am back at work full time .

This is such a welcome addition to the growing wellness culture in Coffs and has really set a new standard- I can’t get enough of the full body red light bed for helping with my sleep and energy levels (absolutely in love!). The localised cryotherapy has also done a world of good for a recent soft tossue injury- I’m excited to try their other facilities!
